1Acceptance of Terms

• Game outcomes for slots and table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. No game result is predetermined or influenced by bet size or account history.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game session, the round outcome will be settled based on the last recorded server state.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to official competition results from recognised governing bodies. Bets placed on events that are cancelled or voided will be refunded.
• eBingo draws are conducted using certified random draw systems. Results are final once the draw is completed.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after applicable checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

10Changes to These Terms
